You may be asking how much this will cost you. The short answer is, it depends. A real estate transaction is split between fees (what you pay us for our time and expertise) and disbursements (our out of pocket costs). We can tell you the fees with relative certainty, but disbursements are based on different factors. Our fees are posted below.
